to run that psi safely you would need a fuel pump and injectors and then a tune. And on the stock t25 turbo you really are pushing it going that much psi. Its starts to really become in-efficient. I would just stick to 15psi for now and wait till you have the money to do a turbo upgrade

oh i c your still running stock boost. What you need to buy is a Manual boost controller (MBC) and a bosot guage. Total it might run you around $100. Some good MBC's to get is Joepmbc or hallman. They are both well known and not bad priced. Or just check ebay. You could even make your own. Here is what they normally look like, but everyones is different. http://www.joepmbc.com/mbc.html
I like his XZ-MBC. Thats all you really need, nothing special. Then just get like an autometer boost guage, or whatever type you like. Then you can set the boost up to 15psi. And right now you are running about 10-12psi stock boost. And the install for both of these is fairly easy

huh? the manual boost controller does it. When it refers to manual it means the way you set the boost. For instance an electric boost controller you will set from inside the car by a small computer or something. But a MBC you get out under the hood (where the MBC is hooked up) and the small adjusting screw you see in the pictures, youll turn to a spot you believe to be 15psi then get back in and floor it and check to see what max boost you hit.

So basically youll have the boost guage to tell you what your running. You start off by first setting the MBC to all the way open so your running stock boost, then slowely close it alittle, then test, then repeat. Its basically a guess and check method till you get it to the boost you want. Then you should have to touch it again.

The only way your gonna have two settings is if you get an electric one like the greddy profec B. But honestly if you wan to use less gas then just drive normal. And you wont fully spool. You really dont need two settings. And also there is no way to control when you spool. I think you might want to read in the DIY section on how turbos work. Cuz your turbo spools according to the ammount of exhuast gasses it has to spool the turbine. You cant control that. You can only control how much pressure you allow back into your engine.
