oh i didnt know you could hear rattling in the turbo. In that case thats totally different. You need to remove the intake pipe and check out that shaft and see what kinda shape its in. Ive seen cases where the entire wheel had fallen off.

so lets say the turbos done, what would be a good kit to go with, should i replace it with a stock one, or get like a 20g kit,i was planning on getting a bigger bolt on kit like a 20 g and just upgrade the fuel pump, but that was all in development and might have to happen a little bit sooner than expected. so thought to ponder, good bang for the buck kits, cant really afford a full blown hks or greddy kit lol

of course a very popular upgrade is the evo3 16g but im pretty sure the 20g has a bolt on kit. personally i love my big 16g which is really close to the evo 3 16g. on vfaq.com there are a list of the turbos for the dsm and how muc air they flow and just good things to look at b4 getting one. but it depends on your power goals in the end

good info, im lookin 300-350 final range i want to keep a daily driver, a 16g would prolly run cheeper too

yea definetly, and also youll have alot less lag from the 16g

so bang for the buck 16g over 20g, so whats the difference between the big 16g and ths standard one, just ported?
