i know it shouldn't drop that much esp at that low of a PSI to start with but if his turbo is on the way down hill... it would make since wouldn't it?

im not sure what is causing it. the airfilter is clean and i might consider changing the cat to see if that helps. ive also been wanting to buy a greddy type rs bov so maybe this will give me the excuse.

if you pressured up ur ic piping enough and didn't hear ur bov leaking at all than that's not it but that would be a wise investment if you plan to future mod ur car. one thing i didn't think about before would be an exhaust leak from ur manifold... that wold leak exhaust gasses that would be needed to spool ur turbo at high RPM's... check ur gasket between ur head and manifold and also check ur gasket between ur manifold and ur turbo. it's worth it just to check. what exactly do you have done to your car so far? this may help in finding ur problem.
