Default spyder suspension

ok. i have had a tought time finding a good lowered suspension for my 99 spyder gs. I was informed that i could just use any eclipse gsx lowering kit because the models have about the same weight. Even still im not sure what would be a good brand to get and for that matter where to get it so if someone could drop me a line to let me know that would be great.

thanks

chase

get shocks with the spring or only get shocks first. Only springs is a crappy bouncy ride. I like tokico Illuminas and Eibach pro kit springs, theyre a good price too

well if all you care about is looking cool then you ordered the right set. You have a 1g right? Those are good shocks for 1g but not 2g's. The springs are really low though too, with a 3" exhaust like mine i wouldnt even make it over speed bumps, mine already scrapes on big ones and i only ahve the pro kit.

THis is what roadrace says about the kybs:

The new AGX series shock from KYB fills the gap between the standard KYB GR-2 and the higher priced GABs. Priced at $400 for a set of four they they are the most affordable adjustable shock to fit your Eclipse. KYB's quality is top notch. While they look exactly like the more expensive GABs, the valving is less harsh. The AGX shocks allow you to tune your shocks to match driving conditions in seconds. No need to lift vehicle or remove anything to change settings. Damping rate is selected with an external **** on the shock body or a screwdriver slot at the top of the piston rod, depending on model. Lifetime warranty by KYB.
We don't recommend the AGXs for the 2G Eclipse, the 2G front shock body length is too long for car that are lowered at all. If you really want them, we can special order you a set
