Starting Problem...UPDATED

well what i don't get is its powering everything else, fan, radio, ect. and its still got 13w on the battery, and it still cranks good..so why will it not just be powering the fuel pump...everythin else it powered

Hmm.... thats weird. It does crank. But does it die afterwards, like a few minutes later? Or when you are driving?

Well, hell, its the ALTERNATOR. LOL!

Well, try this:
Jump the car. Let the car run for a bit while CONNECTED. Then pull off the cables. Let your car run for a min. afterwards. Then pull the NEGATIVE side of the battery while your car is running.If your car shuts off, then its your alternator. But let it run for a little disconnected.

Let me know what happens then.

the alternator will not stop the fuel pump from gettin any power when the battery is fully charged
