Looking for $24k for the EVO as is now with the Mods,

AS for your exhaust I am catless too it is better that way just not leagal. but with no cat the car is runnig rich and with a manifold it will a little more too.

 

it won't pass emmisions with out it..so my friend is just gonna lend me his cat , then i'll prolly just take it off after i pass
