On older cars they hook up the exhaust to the machine and if the car is running lean enough youll pass. So if they dont plug into the ODBII you might be able to pass

even then it can still be pretty tough. I failed when i had a bad cat, but i think the problem was my car was running way to rich.

wait what? vented screws up your idle also? my idle is like at 800 and mine is vented untill i put my new bov on

its idles around 800 but usually starts off at like 1200 rpm when its cold which is normal right..

yea, does your car run weird at all. I would think with it vented it definetly should run somewhat weird, definetly richer then it should be

actually its like ridiculously lean! but i'm gettin some o2 sensors, that should probably help
