strange ECU noise?

Default strange ECU noise?
yesterday I noticed an odd high pitched whistle or squeal noise comming from my ECU on my 95 GS. Atleast I'm pretty sure its the ECU. Its only when I have my key turned on. Not started. As soon as I turn my key off. It stops. Any ideas?
