Long time lurker. i have searched the site looking for help on the water pump replacement and havent found what i am looking for yet.

I have a 99 eclipse with the 2.0 and auto. water pump started leaking and my goal was to change it out along with all the other belts while i am in there.

going along reading manuals and such i am just stuck. i am down to removing the motor mount bracket that attaches to the engine with 3 bolts. 2 of the 3 i cannot get out of the bracket due to the inner fender clearance. i have raised the motor as high as i can, so much that i am lifting the car off the jack stands and cannot get enough clearance from the inner fender and various lines running along the inner fender. i have lowered it as well so much that the jack isnt supporting the engine at all. no dice. totally frustrated, anyone offer any tips besides pulling the motor?
