Default Water Pump replacement

The plate on top of the water pump that screws into the pulley is broken and stuck into the pulley. I need to replace the water pump. How hard is it? Can I do it myself.

To replace the water pump, you'll need to remove the Timing Belt. Not too difficult of a job depending on your skill level. Based on your prior questions regarding the waterpump drive belt- i suggest you have the job done by someone more qualified.

Can it not be done without removing the timing belt??

Is there a place where I can find a free repair manual??
