Hey guys. I have a stock turbo (t25) off my 95 GST up for sale. But I have a guy interested in buying it, but he has a nonturbo Eclipse. Is there a kit for it? Is it possible to put it on the nonturbo Eclipse? If it is possible, what else is needed for installation?

 

there are a lot of kits for the 420a nonturbo eclipses. But I'm not sure how the install would go or whats required for it. I do know that you can swap everything from a turbo 4g63 to a non turbo 4g63 and It will work pretty well. You just need to swap an ECU with it and you can't boost as high because the non turbo block doesn't have oil squirters in it.

 

Bare minimums - manifold, intercooler, IC piping, bov, boost gauge (it will run like crap but it will be boosted)

Recomended - manifold, intercooler, IC piping, bov, boost gauge, wideband, some kind of engine managment (you can go with something simple like a SAFCII but will be much better to get something like Greddy E-manage) and fuel system upgrade.

also make sure he knows that pushing anything over 10lbs risks damaging the bottom end.

 

I dont think its a 4g63. I thinks its a 420A.
