Default t25 ball bearing turbo

is the t 25 ball bearing turbo a good turbo? Is it a decent upgrade from the stock gst turbo?

i thought the stock turbo was the tdo5 -14 or like 16

dont feel bad turbo codes confuse the hell out of me all i know is T58, T68, T78, T88, and so on lol

well it depends on the year of the car, the 1g's came stock with the 14b turbo and the 2g's had the t25.

all turbos have ball bearings in them, just some of garretts turos sport a dual ball bearings setup(gt28r, gt35r, ect.) making the spool twice as fast. However the t25 on the stock 2g is not a dual ball bearing setup but its desgined to give a super fast spool, similar to the evoIII16g. A dual ball bearing t25 would be nearly pointless seeing how most cars with it start to spool before 2500 r's.
