Default timing

I decided to change the timing belt and now everything is screwed. I dont know how to time it so I can get everything back working again. I need help to get my car back. I have a manual but I find it confusing can some one help me out. everything is apart right now.

also I started to take the balancing belt off, found out it looked brand new. so I had it partially off, and then just put it back on. What is the sensor on the balancing belt, is it alright I touched, moved it around and then put it back on. how do align that too.

SOMEONE HELP
