I keep wanting to get rid of my eclipse then I want to keep it,its a tough decision.I mean I love driving it and the gas mileage is awsome compared to a mustang.I would love to build me another engine for it or turbo the one in it and build it a lil but at the same time I dont really wanna deal with getting it inspected.I live in GA and the car has TN title so it has to be inspected to get it registered in GA.

What do you guys think?

Depends what the GA inspection consists of. In VA if it runs all they care about is if it's safe. No emmissions at all.

 

Get it inspected, register it, then do the work and hook it up if their would be any problems with what you want to do performance wise.

 

Or find someone that'll "inspect" it for a litle extra...

 

get a spare 420a from a junk yard or something for like 3 or 400, build it up on the side while ur car is being inspected. it's easier to build up an engine out of the car anyways. and when ur done, sell your old one. or keep it for "**** happens" purposes.

 

or just sell it and buy a gst/gsx.

 

It only takes like a couple of hours to get it inspected,but the closest inspection station isn't close and the car has to be towed there not driven.

Inspection fee is $100.00 then I have to pay tag & title fee which souldn't be to much.
