i own a 98 eclipse gsx all wheel drive, i was driving on the freeway when my tire popped, i put on the spare and the car wouldn't move, the front driver side wheel is stuck/frozen, makes a loud noise when i try to focre it to move, is it the transmission?

 

It does that in Neutral?? Sounds like it might be a frozen brake caliper thinking about it...

 

when i put it in gear, the driver side front wheel wont spin, its stuck, all the other wheel spins, ive checke the axle and its still fine

 

so howd u get it home? try taking the wheel off again and see if itl spin on its own. sounds fishy

 

The axle can LOOK fine that doesn't mean it IS fine. It could be the CV join blew out and is sitting inside the boot in pieces. Or possibly a warped axle? (Though I've not heard of THAT one happening before).
