Well I am in the process of selling my 96 clipse GS, that i got for 1600 bucks. Now I am selling it for around 2100. Do you think I should even attempt to buy another Mitsubishi b/c from my experience with mythem I was not happy. The car is not in bad shape, now that I fixed most of the problems. I still leaks oil and water, but who has to know? So is it worth 2100?

 

No its not worth 2100 but you can get some moron to pay that : )

Mitsubishis arent bad cars. I mean, the 1990-1999 Eclipses were made in the US... and it SHOWS lol. You had all of the problems, and none of the benifits. At least if you get a GST or a GSX, you get a car with a f- load of ***** behind it.

Its entirely up to you. What kind if price range did you have in mind?

 

I am guessing if you paid 1600 it wasn't in that great of shape to start with, if you get a decent low milage car it will do you well especially if you don't drive it hard. No matter what you have; if you abuse it enough you are going to have problems. If you like eclipses then get a good one, there are lots of ones out there that dont experience that many problems, like sebba said having a GSX or GST is so worth it.

 

yea, if you had a real decent car then you prolly wouldnt have paid only 1600 bucks for it... so if youpay a little more for one then im sure you'd have a much better experience

 

Hey I do agree with all of you. My mom and dad kinda talked me into taking the deal because they thought it was an o.k car but now they can see. But I will try and sell it and save up for something better. I never knew that there was a crystler engine in that bucket! I also have a 1988 mazda 626 and it is the most reliable car in the world.. Thank you for all of your responces. Think someone would buy it if I talked some idiot into it for about 1900?
