turbo esi
yeah. so im 16. i was going to buy this amazing awd tsi down the street from a friend for dirt cheap, but i guess farmers insurance thinks 16 year olds really really really shouldnt be driving a talon tsi. they wanted like 650 a freakin month for just liability. i asked about an esi, and its a lot more reasonable than 650, so i was thinking get an esi, and put the turbo in it, and dont tell anybody. I know i cant just throw in a turbo and expect it to work, but im not sure of what parts exactly ill need. somebody has to know. Also i KNOW it will be a lottttttttttttttttttt of work to put awd on to it, and i probably wont, but what parts, and what kind of work is necessary. I'm only curious about the awd. Im not doing it........................unless its really easy........................which its probably not.
THANKS
THANKS
you will pay more for that work than you will for years of insurance, but listen. did you ever think of calling around for quotes? i dont think ANYBODY would charge 650 a month, thats $7800 a year, but call around a few places an see what people will offer you. I got my first tsi awd when I was 17, but had it on my families insurance plan, I paid my portion of it, and it only came out to roughly $1200/year
