Hey all.

I am buying a 2004 spyder in a month, and i was wondering what the best turbo kit is for a strait from the factory engine setup and everything. It is going to be the gts if that matters. I wanna make this car into a super race machine. Gimme the rundown guys!

Almost all turbo kits will void the factory warranty, since they replace the exhaust manifold. There are many turbo kits available, but i'm not sure if they're are any around the price you're looking around. Check out DDP(Doug's Dynopower). They make quality kits that make decent power. Also, which car are you getting, The v6, or the 4 cylinder? There are like 2 twin turbo kits for the v6 and a whole bunch of supercharger kits also. The twin turbo kits are super expensive, but make a good amount of power. The supercharger kits are relatively cheaper, but are still out of your price range. The 4 cylinder spyder and a DDP kit would make a good reliable street racer.

whoooaaa, you know what they say....if you have to ask..... Yeah, the supercharger kits can run about $4500 and the TT kits run like $6000 and beyond. Almost a third the price of the car. I'll look for some webpages and post them in the vendors section of this forum sometime.
