Turbo Oil Filter Bracket
I have an oil leak on the drivers side of the engine in my 99 eclipse gs-t.I have gotten it checked out and the leak is coming from the oil filter bracket. I went to the dealership and got the gasket that I need. The onlyt problem now is that I can't seem to get the oil filter bracket off the car to put the new gasket in. I have taken the 4 bolts out and the bracket won't budge. I don't want to force it off if its still attached to something. Does anybody know how to remove this part? I have highlighted the oil Filter Bracket in the pictures. Part number 18 is the gasket I got to replace.
