The RS is only for releasing into the atmosphere. You want a type S, if you absolutely want a greddy.

fuel rail isnt necessary.

I've never heard of anyone with a vrs exhaust, so unless you have, they could sound like crap...

and yeah get 660 injectors.

Your wrong about that BOV being for venting only... it is possible to recirculate it. I would recomend the type S BOV though

could you guys help me find an exhaust? I am having trouble finding a full kit from a good company. Deep and throaty would be cool

Good injectors and a good BOV... good choice. Well personally i have 5Zigen exhaust on my car. Its not a ricy civic on crack sound... it does not actually sound any different from stock because the sound is so deep and low pitch. Just what ever suits your taste. Greddy is a good company and Apexi also do good exhausts. There is so much to chose from.
