Two Questions: Both Machanical
I have a 00 Eclipse GS, Auto, 2.4. My first question deals with the engine. When my car is idling I have a knocking noise that sounds like my lifters are starving for oil. The engine has 80,000 miles on it and I run Mobil 1 syntheic 5w-30. Is there a way I can adjust my lifters or are they no-adjustable hydrolic lifters. If they can be adjusted, how do I go about doing that?

My next question deals with brakes. My car has drums on the rear and I'm going to convert it over to disc. I know the master cylinder is the same for drum or disc setup. I already have the brake hoses, brake calipers, brake rotors, hardware (i.e, anti-rattle clips, brakes, etc...). What else would I need to do this. Right now I don't have the caliper brackets but I can get those. Or does anyone have any pictures of the disc brake setup in back with and without the rotor attached, (top, side, back views) or know where I can get these pictures at. Thanks for your help.
