Default Wheel Hub Bearings...

I have a 1997 Mits Eclipse GSX and the guy I bought it from is a guy I know and he said that he replaced both front Drive Axles and Hub Bearings. Is this a problem that I am going to run into often?[:-]

I wouldn't think so....I owned a 91 GSX for 4 years and only had to replace one front bearing. Its really just chance sometimes, he might have got ripped off too.

Yeah I don't think yoiu are going to have to worry about that. Sometimes **** just happens and you gotta replace something.

Ya that whatever shop he brought it to, gave him the run around. Dont worry about it, its not a common thing at all.

also when cars age the cv boots crack and leak, its common mainainence. since cv boost are such a bitch to change, it can sometimes be easier and more cost effective to replace the whole axle. when mine leaked i bought a new left axle with core charge for only $50,so that could be a possibility.
