yea my stock turbo is still strong, probably about 9k miles on it...didn't know much about turbos so i had it rebuild by forced performance. i've checked everything that i know of and i'm clueless. i'm plannin on getting it dynoed then running the track again

The clutch? Or a boost leak? I know one time when my car would go kind of fast and then stop pulling it was the Sorry POS Clutch Masters slipping under load. It would hold okay when I launched and through parts of second, but then would start slipping and cause the car to not accelerate any more. I don't really know man...good luck and hope you figure it out! Or maybe try installing S-AFC, that’s my friend told me.

If you bothered to read the thread, you would know that the car is an automatic, and someone else JUST got corrected for saying the same thing.

lol i DO NOT own a gs. i also know it's a gsx cause i've looked up the car's number. for the leak, i dont think im leaking because i have a boost gauge set up. it boost 12 everytime i throttle it and stays at 12 until i release the gas. when i launch, i hold the brake and rev to about 2.5-3k rpm and when it's go time, i smash it right after releasing the brake.
That still doesn't mean that you don't have a leak. It could mean that the turbo is spooling 12-13-14-15 psi and the the stock valve is trying to keep it there.
