A wierd pulse in the lights?

From:

yes get the alternator checked my 1g did that also and the alternator was only pushing out .5volts

Sorry for the late response guys. I did change the alternator and the problem stopped. Unfortunately the day after i did this I got rear ended and now my car is totaled :-(.
