You guys pretty much have it. Amps and/or Power seats. Flipz, there should be on wire way to the left near the fake tranny tunnel that is for the Power seats. The other two wires under the center of the seat are for the Amp. Also, I believe the wires under the drivers seat are for the OEM multi-disc CD changer, which apparantly no Eclipse owner i've ever came across has installed. Some people said the MD changer would be mounted in the trunk, but they've never seen it either. I know it would have been hard to mount in the Spyder trunks though.
Everyone, Keep in mind that even though your car didn't come with all options, it seems that the wires and connectors are still in place. Like if you didn't have power mirrors, if you take off the inner door panel, there will still be lines and connectors for the power mirror motors. Atleast, it appears to be that way on all GS model Eclipses.
