i know im prob going to get alot of shyt from this but u know... oh well. so i was driving on the beach and i got stuck in the sand, had to have some friends dig me out. yes i know dumb but could this have messed up my brakes anyway shape or form because now it seems like i have to stop sooner or harder to actually stop.

You could rinse them off with a water hose, but it's a good chance the the rotors will need to be turned from the scoring that the grits of sand dished out before they flew off by the fast rotation of the discs.
Take your fingers and rub them from the middle to the outer edge of the rotor. It should be very smooth and flat. If it has any texture to it other than that, it's time for a turn. If the texture is really course, it's time for new rotors.
