Default wooshing noise

Alright guys...the first question on here. Let's see how it goes.

When i drive i hear a wooshing noise from what i believe is my passenger front tire. However when i had it looked at they said it was the back brakes and rotors (which were in severe need of replacement anyway) so i let them replace those. It didn't help. It sounds fine once i pull off at first but the first time i hit the clutch or slow down it starts wooshing and continues till i get wherever i'm going.
Bearings??
Front rotors and brakes??
CV Joint??
What do ya think??

it's not just when i put the clutch in. it's when i'm just cruisin along too. or if i let my tranny slow me down. but once it starts it keeps going till i'm done drivin it.

Does it sound like one of the brakes is sticking or something? Do you notice a loss in power?

no loss in power. and i don't feel like a brake is stuck. but when i do brake sometimes it groans. not a vibration at all. just a groan.
