Default cranking 130-165rpm ignition problem?

Its a dodge stratus with the 3.0. Turn key on and crank it and fuel pump never kicks on. Pulling plugs they are wet and do spark nice bright n blue. No codes timing belts good. And fuel pressure is good.

Won't even start with starting fluid.

My obd2 shows when cranking it turns 130-165 rpms.

Unplugging the crank position sensor my pump does the purge and does a purge when I plug it back in.

I'm leaning towards the crank sensor but I haven't found what a engine should be cranking at. I thought more like 300.

Good battery n starter. Motor is cranking good just reads the 130-165rpm

So is my crank sensor reading bad?
