Default Headlight Halo Ring Help!!

I bought some new headlights for my 01 Eclipse and I wanted to connect the Halo Ring cables to the parking lights, not the signal light...the problem is that the last time I tried checking to see which cables were the ones that don't make it blink the signal light fuse fried . So if anyone who has done this before please tell me which two cables are the right ones!! I would really appreciate it...

No, I didn't get to hook them up at all...I tested the cables with a circuit tester and that's how the fuse blew up...I just wanted to know which two out of the three cables are the ones that don't flash...

i have the same headlights i just hooked them up to my parking lights by splicing the wire and matching the color of the wire. my parking lights also dont work but the ring still does.

u should use a piggy back splicer, that way u will get power from the wires without actually cutting them. it will probably allow you to keep both your parking lights and the halo ring

Well, one of the cables is green, one is red and black and one is black...I'm guessing that the black one must be ground but I don't know which of the other two is the right one...
