can't remove Those 12 mm bolts on firewall ...

can someone guide me how to remove them without removing dash or anything else..

If there is no other way please guide me what exactly I need to remove before I can reach to them?

I could remove one of them ...passenger side if I am inside the car...but driver side I cant reach...
