Firewall tear/clutch cable

Does anyone know where I can purchase a plate to fix the tear in the firewall on my 91' mighty max...2wd truck where the clutch cable exits OR does anyone have or know where I can get a pattern to make a plate of my own? Thanks for any help...

Well you have to take everything out of the area,Welding Sheet metal over the hole can work but it isnt cheap especially since its custom work here..

I to have this prob in a lancer gl 92' sedan....is old but would like to just make a plate to rivut on or bolt on, is there any one out there who knows of a template for such things?
