Alright I have a 2000 Eclipse GT and my electrical is having some issues. I have checked fuses and have come to the conclusion it may be a relay. My radio, interior lights, and sunroof dont work at all. All the other electrical stuff works but only when the car is on. When I turn the key i get a clicking sound for a few seconds. Can someone please help me out and tell me if its a relay and if it is which relay do i need to replace??? Yes I have checked both fuse boxes. I cant really afford to pay for someone to fix it so either Im stuck with these problems till i can our I find a way to fix it.

 

I have a similar issue and i have checked all of the fuses and replaced the ACC fuses as well thinking that may be the problem.
