Newbie question front rotor

RE: Newbie question front rotor
no..unlike some vehicles, they are not bolted, screwed, or pressed on...
if you have the wheel and caliper off, and you are having a hard time removing the actual rotor, it is just rusted on a bit. take a small hammer and tap lightly between the wheel studs, and it should brake free. if you have no rotors, and the ones on the car are scrap, hit the outer edges of the rotor with the hammer, and it will pop right off. i changed mine last summer, and the fronts pretty much fell off, although ive spoken to people who had a hard time getting them off.

i know this is mad old, but i'm just reading it. in case anyone else is reading this, and you dont want to beat your rotors with a hammer, there's two threaded holes on your rotor. find two bolts that will thread in and do so evenly. they'll pop right off.
