Hi, i have a 00 GT, the problem is that i cant change station in my stereo but it works in the one i left it, i can turn it off and on, the volume works, the cd works too but cant change tracks, and also the lcd display screen where its the clock and the #station and track doesnt work either, what can it be?? thankss

 

sounds like an internal short.

 

LOL well dont know what happened but it fixed itself, maybe it is but it hasnt done that again. It fixed when i started the car but i just turned the key not all but just a little and i tought the car wasnt going to start because it was to little of power but started and turned on normally the stereo.

 

ya may have been something touching inside the sterio itself and it rattled lose from connecting or somthing of the nature dont be surprized if it happens once more.
