Water driver side floor

Water driver side floor
I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GTS. Water runs in on the drivers side. I have cleaned the HVAC drain. When setting with the air conditioning on water drains out. When driving water runs in on the drivers side. Does the HVAC box need replaced? Does anyone have any information on this problem.
