Default Windshield Wipers Messed UP

2001 Eclipse Windshield Wipers are really wacky. Lost the Intermittent settings. Works only Fast and/or Slow and they will not Park properly. They stop when ever. I have read a few posts but they do not seem to help.

I understand there is a relay? or it could be the actual column control.

Any ideas would help!

If your wipers do not return to park position, 99% of the time its the wiper motor.

That or it may just be a loose bolt. Try to tighten it, and if it doesn't work, its your motor.

Alrigtht - Ordered a new Motor but I am kinda of scared to ask - Where is it located. My guess is the entirecoer needs to come off. Has anyone changes a wiper motor and how long should I plan on to fix it - A week

The labor time for the wiper motor is only 0.9 so it cant be to bad to do. Its located on the pass side under the cowl.
