Any help would be appreciated. I have a 2001 eclipse. When I turn the wipers on in intermittent mode they run at only one speed (slow) and wont turn off unless you turn the car off. I have a loss of intermittent control. I'm not finding any information on relays, are all the controlls located in the stearing colum controll switch?

You should have the intermittent switch on the dash and at least 1 relay under the hood if I'm not mistaken. It sounds like the problem is one with the switch itself though. But try swapping the relays first and see if that fixes it (That's the cheaper fix).
