Yellow continuous power wire has no power!
Hey guys,
I have a 2000 eclipse gt and I was trying to install a new cd player. I connected all the wires and the cd player wouldn't power up. I checked the yellow wire for continuous power with a volt meter to see if there was any voltage in it and I had the red probe on the wire and i touched the black one on the metal. There was a spark and i heard a click sound that you usually hear when a fuse burns. Now I have no power in the yellow wire and I checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine. The car starts and everything works except for sunroof and dome lights when the keys are in but when I take the keys out, nothing works, not even the power locks or the hazard lights or anything else. Any help would be highly appreciated....
Thanks in advance!
