Hey, is this problem or my car or it's normal for all Eclipses,

If I turn on fog, shut down engine, turn it back on - fog lights are off.

If I click button to cycle air inside car, turn engine off and back on, it's off again.

When I block passenger's window, I can't put it up or down as well unless I release the block.

I wonder if my car has some wiring problems or it's normal?

I have 07 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT
