While at the dealer today I had the service guy look at the cushioned portion of my dash, there are several places where the vinyl is starting to bubble up. He said he's seen it happen in their other cars but never an Eclipse.

He's going to order up a new part towards the end of the month and we'll schedule a time to do the work, he said it's a soild (get this) 2 day job to replace. The entire dash needs to be torn down. Good thing it's all covered under warranty as is my loaner car.

The bubbles are small but I'm **** about this kind of stuff.
