Well my girlfriend was on her way home tonight from class and she got about half way home and the Service Engine Soon light came on.... Its an 06 GT with 13k miles on it. No problems with the car up until now. Its been cold here all day. she said the car was running fine after the light came on.

She got home and I checked the manual and it said something about emissions, engine, transmission.
it also said something about the gas cap, so we checked and it was tightly on.
Any suggestions. We tried contacting the dealership tonight and couldnt get ahold of anyone so we left a message..

well last time she took her car to the dealership they said that they checked for the catrecall...

 

take the car to autozone and they can plug it into the reader for free. Make sure you write down both the Code # and the Explanation. Then come back and give us the info
