Ok. So I have a 00 endeavor with the stock infinity system (model P902 from the faceplate - which is actually just a panasonic OEM model). I'm curious if anyone else out there has figured out a way to hardwire an RCA->minijack output to the back of the headunit for portable mp3 players. I live in the SF bay area, so the FM transmittors completely suck.

Anyone out there attempt anything even remotely like this? Also, I'm installing an infinity basslink this week, so anyone with that experience into this ride chime in, please....

 

What you want is a RCA Input. However you wont be able to do that inless the stereo has some sort of input already on it, say for a cd changer or steering wheel controls.
