Audio connection from 2008 factory headunit to aftermarket amplifier problem
Hi,
I have an 2008 Outlander LS which has a factory headunit without the factory amp and Rockford Sound System.
During a JB Hi-Fi sale I have bought a JL sound system which includes:
JL Audio 400 Watt RMS Amp 4 Channels
JL Audio 60 Watt RMS Splits
JL Audio 6" Speakers
I wish to keep my factory headunit.
After trying to find an answer i have decided to post my question here.
Can I connect the factory headunit to the JL Amplifier? Are there amp outputs from the connections at the back?
I know I have the option of getting a clean signal by an expensive line out convertor but if there is an easier solution (without destroying sound quality) I would obviously prefer this.
Please help!
Kurt
