Just find an Electronics Repair shop in your area which will be able to service your unit. BTW what brand is it?
To get the CDs out I woulddo the following:
1.Hook the power to it.
2.Find reset button (some units have it, some do not) Reset while power is on.
3.Try to cycle power and press eject button.
I think something got stuck in there and/or maybe some of your discs are warped/cracked. This is what makes most of the trouble.
