hello all I have bought an 07 outlander with the Rockford fosgate av package. when I turn the ignition on the music comes on but after 30 seconds or so mutes itself also the steering wheel controls aren't working is there something in the settings? have tried everything thanks for any help

 

My 2008 does the same thing, does anyone know what the cause is? I think it is the amplifier going bad, maybe the remote turn on relay needs to be replaced in the amp?

I personally am ordering a new amp from ebay but I would like to try to repair this amp to keep as a spare since my wife has an Outlander (2007) as well
