MMCS Sirius radio update killed radio-2007 Outlander XLS
This morning SIrius radio updated a "channel" lineup. After the update...I was able to receive the channels. Turned the car OFF. Started the car again and the Sirus radio displayed " Antenna Error" .No channels showed and all other fields greyed out. Contacted Sirius support and call taker said was the 2nd call on this subject.
I took into the dealer. He tried unplugging the Module and still has problem. Awaiting answer from Mit tech support to dealer.

Strange. My car handled the update without any problems. Did you try disconnecting the battery cable for a few minutes to force the Sirius module to reset?
Thanks for the response...I couldn't locate the fuse box Inside...Found the one in the engine compartment.
I pulled the #30 IOD ...waited 1 minute.
Problem resolved.
Thanks again for both posts..sent me in right direction.

After thinking I was in the clear, just this morning my Sirius module did the same thing ("Antenna Error"). Looks like a lot of people are affected by this. I will try to reset the module this evening by pulling the fuses as suggested. As a software engineer myself, these types of problems with embedded appliances that should "just work" really disappoint me... Welcome to the world of poorly tested over-the-air software updates
