i have a 95 eagle talon no all wheel, no turbo and the windsheild wipers stopped working and i believe that it is the relay because the none of my fuses are blown and i dont have any idea where my relay would be. i dont own a manual except the owners manual and i think that someone converted my passenger fuse box for the alarm that was installed aftermarket cause the picture in the book looks different from what i got.

need help asap.
