Default 05 Eclips AC drain

Have a 05 Eclipse and the driver side floorboard is swamp. I know it is the AC and have read how there is little that can be done without pulling the complete AC. I did have the drain cleaned at our local shop and all he got out was just a small amount of lint. Is it possible to use a leaf blower to pressurize the AC ducts and blow clear the drain obstruction?? Can this cause damage? Has anyone cut in a new drain port? And if so where would be the best place to do so? The dealer estimate was 1000 to fix the problem. I can’t find a warranty or service bulletin for this concern. Getting soaked in Needville

the seal that goes around the evap drain against the bulkhead fails. they all do it. cheapest way to fix it is to go to the dealer and get them to sell you a a/c drain hose for an evo. it has a 90 degree bend and will take the water away from the bulkhead. drain outlet is right behind the rear motormount, may have to move some insulation to see it. not too hard of a job.
