Hi,
I have a 2008 Outlander running the stock radio with built-in Sirius satellite radio. My problem is that for the last couple days the radio display has been showing "SAT ERROR" and Sirius hasn't been working. I have a free 6 month subscription to Sirius that came with the car and I have around 3 months still left.

Any help appreciated

I got the same message this morning right in the middle of a song - screen blanked out and just shows "ERROR". Can't get to SAT 1, 2, or 3, but AM/FM workfine.I checked online at Sirius and Mitsubishi sites - no info. I saw on a Volvo forum that it's due to the merger with XM and the new station information. I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Galant Ralliart, just got it in the Spring, and just renewed after the initial 6 months.I guess I have to take it to the dealer and see if they can fix it.

 

According to posts in the other thread linked above, simply removing and reinstalling the fuse should force the Sirius module to reset and start working again... Let us know if that works for you, too.
