Timing belt snapped. Replaced belt, all valves as well as had head machined. I put it back together with all timing marks properly lined up. Cranks but won’t turn over unless I press gas pedal(keeping rpms above 2k). It starts smoking(white) about a minute into holding at 2k rpm. Any ideas?
